All services are currently offered both in-person and virtually. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Maine.
Individual Adult Therapy
Goal-oriented psychotherapy for adults (ages 18+). All genders, all ages, all races, all sexual orientations, all bodies welcome.

Parent & Loved One Coaching for Eating Disorder Recovery
Coaching for parents or loved ones supporting a child, partner, or friend working on recovery from an eating disorder.
Therapy for Pregnancy and Postpartum
Psychotherapy and support for those trying to become pregnant, currently pregnant, or postpartum. Birthing or non-birthing parent. All genders, all races, all sexual orientations, and all bodies welcome.
Professional Services
Professional Training on the Treatment of Eating Disorders
Presentations aimed at training other professionals on the treatment of eating disorders. I offer CEU presentations throughout the year through the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association (MaMHCA) and have offered presentations on eating disorders, body image, and creating welcoming spaces for diverse bodies in schools, clinics and other community settings. Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Clinical supervision and consultation for other therapists looking for support around working with clients with eating disorders, negative body image, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health concerns.
Fee for Service & Insurance Reimbursement
My fee for a 45-50 minute therapy session is $195. I do not currently accept insurance therefore I will be considered an "out of network provider” according to your insurance plan. This means that you will pay me directly for your appointments, and I can provide you with an invoice (“superbill”) to submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement according to the specifics of your insurance plan. I recommend calling your insurance company before our first meeting to verify your out-of-network benefits as well as how your benefits work towards meeting your deductible. Many PPO insurance plans do reimburse for a percentage of my fee, sometimes for up to 80% of my rate.
